Quick Troubleshooting
Force-quit & reopen the app.
Update to the latest version of The Fitness League in the App Store.
Restart your device.
Check connectivity (Wi-Fi or cellular).
If you still see the issue, email us with the details listed above.
Subscriptions & Billing (Apple)
If you subscribed via the Apple App Store, you can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel by going to: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → The Fitness League
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Note: If you purchased through another platform, please use that platform’s subscription settings.
Account & Data
You can delete your account from within the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account
This starts the deletion process and removes your data per our retention policy. If you need assistance or don’t have access to the app, email support@fitnessleagueapp.com from the address tied to your account with the subject “Delete My Account”.
