  • You enter it directly into the Services,

  • It is generated through your participation in features like trackables, adherence tracking, or challenges, or

  • You connect a third-party device/service.

We treat this information as sensitive and apply heightened protections. We do not share individual-level health or biometric data with third parties except service providers acting on our behalf, or as required by law. Where possible, we aggregate or de-identify such data.

Community Features

The Fitness League is built on community-driven features such as challenges, leaderboards, and rankings. By creating an account and using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that certain information (such as your username, progress, and leaderboard activity) will be visible to other users as an inherent part of the Services.

You may have limited controls to adjust how this information is displayed (for example, choosing a display name or avatar), but participation in community features is required to use the Services. If you no longer wish to participate, you may delete your account at any time.

  • Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights/safety

  • Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (subject to safeguards)

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

We currently store all user data in the United States. If we expand to other regions, we may transfer data internationally with safeguards in place (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

11. Communications & Marketing

From time to time, we may send emails, push notifications, or other messages about promotions, surveys, or updates. You can opt out of marketing communications by clicking “unsubscribe” or managing preferences in the App. Transactional or service messages (e.g., account alerts) may still be sent.

We and our third-party partners use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies to analyze usage, remember preferences, and deliver targeted advertising. You can adjust preferences via device/browser settings or our in-app controls.
